It has been wonderful having a company that focuses on customer service. I decided to have 8 cameras installed on my home and I have been extremely satisfied with the work that was performed! Just upgraded our very old security system and we are very pleased with the new system and service. These guys are great to work with and very professional. Josh explained in detail what we needed to upgrade our system and did an excellent job on the install. They made sure we knew how to operate the new system and answered all our questions. Working with the Professional crew from Safe Home Security was a great experience. They not only met but exceeded our expectations. After all of our cameras were installed Joshua found that our system (that we had provided) was no longer supported and the company was in the process of shutting down. He found a way around the problem and saved us from having to remove everything and start over. He saved us a bundle of money and great frustration. i would trust him with our safety with utter confidence.

The first thing I appreciated was he removed his shoes before coming in without me asking (I ask guests to remove or cover shoes to reduce germs.)! Second, he reviewed his job order with me before beginning. Third, he listened when I spoke and offered me a professional opinion, which I felt confident in going with. Next, he reviewed my apartment complex's restrictions and was able to do a professional wall installation of my keypad using a previously installed location of an old system. He found all the components in the apartment to wire into. He was able to install everything and keep me in compliance. I am extremely happy and he is welcome to come back next time we move!
